    Acute lymphoblastic leukemia

    Definition 1

    An aggressive (fast-growing) type of leukemia (blood cancer) in which too many lymphoblasts (immature white blood cells) are found in the blood and bone marrow. Also called acute lymphocytic leukemia and ALL. (NCI Dictionary)
