    An aggressive Non-Hodgkin's adult lymphoma, formerly called angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy with dysproteinemia (AILD). Characterized by clonal T-cell receptor gene rearrangement. Frequent opportunistic infections due to an underlying immunodeficiency. (NCI Thesaurus/PDQ)
