    Bat Wing Pulmonary Opacities

    A radiologic finding that is detected with frontal chest X-ray or chest CT scan. It is characterized by bilateral perihilar pulmonary shadowing. It is seen in pulmonary edema, pulmonary hemorrhage, pneumonia, carcinoma, and lymphoid malignancies. (NCI Thesaurus)
