    c-Myc Staining Method

c-Myc staining is a sensitive immunohistochemical method for studying the tissue localization of c-Myc protein using antibody followed by a microscopic observation of the c-Myc staining distribution. The technique is used to detect overexpression of c-Myc oncogene which leads to cancer. (NCI Thesaurus)
