    A benign well-circumscribed paucicellular neoplasm arising from the soft tissues. It is characterized by the presence of fibroblasts, lymphoplasmacytic infiltrates, collagenous stroma formation, psammoma bodies, and dystrophic calcifications. (NCI Thesaurus)
