    CCKBR wt Allele

    Human CCKBR wild-type allele is located in the vicinity of 11p15.4 and is approximately 12 kb in length. This allele, which encodes gastrin/cholecystokinin type B receptor protein, plays a role in modulating the regulatory peptides of the brain and gastrointestinal tract.
