    CD4-Positive T-Lymphocyte

    A type of white blood cell that helps stimulate immune system reactions. Helper T cells help activate cytotoxic T cells and macrophages by secreting cytokines. They also stimulate B cells to make antibodies. (NCI Dictionary)
