    CDK6/MLL Fusion Protein

    A fusion protein encoded by the CDK6/MLL fusion gene. This protein is comprised of the N-terminal protein kinase domain of the cyclin-dependent kinase 6 protein fused to the C-terminus of the histone-lysine N-methyltransferase MLL protein, including the zinc-finger, transactivation and SET domains.
