    CLTC/TFE3 Fusion Protein

    A fusion protein encoded by the CLTC/TFE3 fusion gene. This protein is comprised of the N-terminal portion of the clathrin heavy chain 1 protein up to amino acid 932 fused to the C-terminal portion of the transcription factor E3 protein including the nuclear localization and DNA binding domains.
