    A group of clinical cancer research organizations that get support from the National Cancer Institute to study childhood cancers. The main goal of COG is to conduct clinical trials of new treatments for childhood and adolescent cancers at cancer centers in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Also called Children's Oncology Group. (NCI Dictionary)
