    Colfosceril Palmitate

    A lung surfactant agent that is used as a replacement for endogenous lung surfactant. Colfosceril palmitate is effective in reducing the surface tension of pulmonary fluids, thereby increasing lung compliance properties to prevent alveolar collapse and improve breathing.
