    A rare benign well-circumscribed pseudo-encapsulated dermal neoplasm. It is characterized by the presence of histiocytes, spindle shaped fibrocytic cells, scattered lymphocytes, and pericytoma-like vessels in a monomorphic storiform pattern. (NCI Thesaurus)
