    A relationship between a composite activity and an option that can satisfy it, i.e. choice and option activities, where all these activities are part of a global library of activities. (NCI Thesaurus)

    A relationship between a composite activity and an option that can satisfy it, i.e. choice and option activities, where all these activities are part of a global library of activities. EXAMPLE(S): A pain management activity may be comprised of three options, one for substance administration of Tylenol, another for substance administration of aspirin, and a third for substance administration of ibuprofen. The pain management activity would be satisfied/accomplished with any one of these activities and would be associated to each of the three via a different DefinedOptionRelationship. NOTE(S): This class helps represent an OR relationship between siblings with the same parent activity. (NCI Thesaurus/BRIDG)
