    ETV6/ABL2 Fusion Protein

    A fusion protein encoded by the ETV6/ABL2 fusion gene. This protein is comprised of the N-terminal half of the transcription factor ETV6 protein, including the pointed domain, followed by most of the Abelson tyrosine-protein kinase 2 protein, including the SH2, SH3, and protein tyrosine kinase domains.
