    Extrahepatic Bile Duct Large Cell Neuroendocrine Carcinoma

    An aggressive, high-grade and poorly differentiated carcinoma with neuroendocrine differentiation that arises from the extrahepatic bile ducts. It is characterized by the presence of malignant large cells. (NCI Thesaurus)
