    Fallopian Tube Carcinoma

    A carcinoma arising from the fallopian tube which is attached to the uterine corpus (uterine body). Most patients are postmenopausal, and postmenopausal bleeding is the most frequently seen symptom. Morphologically, the majority of fallopian tube carcinomas are serous or endometrioid adenocarcinomas. (NCI Thesaurus)
