    Fumonisin B1

    A mycotoxin produced by Fusarium moniliforme. It is a contaminant of cereals, especially corn. It has been epidemiologically linked to high incidence of human esophageal cancer in South Africa and China and to hepatocarcinogenesis in animal models. (NCI Thesaurus)
