    Glomerulonephritis

    Definition 1

    A renal disorder characterized by damage in the glomeruli. It may be acute or chronic, focal or diffuse, and it may lead to renal failure. Causes include autoimmune disorders, infections, diabetes, and malignancies. (NCI Thesaurus)
