    Granulomatous Prostatitis

    An infectious or non-infectious inflammatory process that affects the prostate gland. Infectious causative agents include bacteria, parasites, fungi, and viruses. It is characterized by the formation of granulomas in the prostatic tissue. (NCI Thesaurus)
