    Immature Lymphocyte

    A cell that develops from hematopoietic stem cells. An immature lymphocyte represents of one of five stages of lymphocyte maturation. It is estimated 90% of immature lymphocytes die in the thymus and bone marrow. (NCI Thesaurus)
