    Intermediate Differentiated Ovarian Sertoli-Leydig Cell Tumor

    A Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor of the ovary characterized by the presence of spindle-shaped gonadal stromal cells and Sertoli cells, some of which are atypical. Leydig cells are also present forming clusters at the periphery of the cellular aggregates. Metastases have been reported in a minority of patients. (NCI Thesaurus)
