    IQCJ/SCHIP1 Fusion Protein

    A fusion protein (563 aa, ~62 kDa) encoded by the IQCJ/SCHIP1 fusion gene. It is comprised of the N-terminal half of the IQ motif containing J protein fused to all but the first 21 amino acids of the schwannomin interacting protein 1. (NCI Thesaurus)
