    Lobeglitazone

    An agent belonging to the glitazone class of antidiabetic agents with antihyperglycemic activity. Besides its activation of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) gamma, lobeglitazone is also a potent agonist for PPARalpha. (NCI Thesaurus)
