    MLL/MLLT10 Fusion Gene

    A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(10;11)(p12;q23) which fuses the 5' half of the MLL gene to the 3' half of the MLLT10 gene. This rearrangement is associated with acute myeloid leukemia. (NCI Thesaurus)
