    Monoclonal Antibody B3

    A murine IgG1 monoclonal antibody directed against Lewis Y antigen and related carbohydrate antigens of cell surface glycoproteins found in many tumor cells. Monoclonal antibody B3 can be conjugated with various toxins in order to target their cytotoxic activity to tumor cells expressing these carbohydrate antigens. (NCI Thesaurus)
