    N-(5-tert-butyl-3-isoxazolyl)-N-(4-(4-pyridinyl)oxyphenyl) Urea

An orally available isoxazole urea with potential anti-tumor activity. In preclinical trials, N-(5-tert-butyl-3-isoxazolyl)-N-(4-(4-pyridinyl)oxyphenyl)urea inhibited raf kinase, an enzyme capable of reversing the phenotype of ras-transformed cells and blocking tumor growth. (NCI Thesaurus)
