    Non-Functioning Pancreatic Endocrine Tumor

    A usually malignant pancreatic endocrine neoplasm which may be associated with elevated hormonal levels in the blood or show positive tissue immunologic reaction to hormonal antibodies, but it is not associated with a hormonal syndrome. (NCI Thesaurus)
