A fusion protein (563 aa, ~63 kDa) encoded by the NPM1/RARA long fusion gene. This protein is comprised of the N-terminus of the nucleophosmin protein fused to the DNA-binding domain, ligand binding domain and coactivator recognition site from the retinoic acid receptor alpha protein.
