    NUMA1/RARA Fusion Gene

    A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(11;17)(q13;q21) which fuses the 5' half of the NUMA gene to the most of the RARA gene. This rearrangement may be associated with acute promyelocytic leukemia. (NCI Thesaurus)
