    NUP98/RAP1GDS1 Fusion Gene

A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(4;11)(q21;p15) which fuses the 5' end of the NUP98 gene to the entire coding sequence of the RAP1GDS1 gene. This rearrangement is associated with T-cell acute lymphocytic leukemia. (NCI Thesaurus)
