    Pleomorphic Hepatocellular Carcinoma

    A morphologic variant of hepatocellular carcinoma, characterized by the presence of malignant cells which show marked variation in their size and shape. Bizarre mononuclear or multinucleated giant cells are often present. (NCI Thesaurus)
