    Poorly Differentiated Fibrosarcoma

    A usually aggressive malignant neoplasm arising from the deep soft tissues. It is characterized by the presence of poorly-differentiated spindle-shaped fibroblasts, collagenous stroma formation and increased mitotic activity. (NCI Thesaurus)
