    PRDM1 wt Allele

    Human PRDM1 wild-type allele is located within 6q21-q22.1 and is approximately 24 kb in length. This allele, which encodes PR domain zinc finger protein 1, is involved in the modulation of cytokine expression. Deletion of this gene occurs in B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. (NCI Thesaurus)
