    Prune Belly Syndrome

    A rare congenital syndrome occurring almost exclusively in males. It is characterized by partial or complete lack of the abdominal wall muscles, enlarged bladder, dilated ureters, hydronephrosis, and undescended testes. (NCI Thesaurus)
