    RBBP1L1 Protein

Encoded by human RBBP1L1 Gene, 803-amino acid 91 kD RBP1-Like Protein is similar to RBP1, containing a Tudor domain and an ARID DNA binding domain. Different protein isoforms are thought to exist, but all have not been fully determined. Variant 2 encodes a shortened isoform 2 that lacks an internal protein fragment.
