    RNF213/ALK Fusion Gene

A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(2;17)(p23;q25) which fuses the first 16 exons of the RNF213 gene with the last ten exons of the ALK gene. This fusion is associated with anaplastic large cell lymphoma. (NCI Thesaurus)
