ROBO4 wt Allele
Human ROBO4 wild-type allele is located in the vicinity of 11q24.2 and is approximately 14 kb in length. This allele, which encodes roundabout homolog 4 protein, is involved in the modulation of both angiogenesis and vascular patterning.
