    RSR' by ECG Finding

    An electrocardiographic finding in which there are two R waves, which are two deflections above the baseline resulting from a single ventricular depolarization. The first upward deflection in the complex is the R wave. The S is the first downward deflection. A second upward deflection is called the R-prime wave. (NCI Thesaurus)
