    SCTR wt Allele

    Human SCTR wild-type allele is located in the vicinity of 2q14.1 and is approximately 85 kb in length. This allele, which encodes secretin receptor protein plays a role in the regulation of pancreatic bicarbonate, electrolyte and volume secretion.
