    SFPQ/TFE3 Fusion Protein

    A fusion protein encoded by the SFPQ/TFE3 fusion gene. This protein is comprised of almost the entire splicing factor, proline- and glutamine-rich protein fused to the C-terminal part of the transcription factor E3 protein, including the helix-loop-helix, and leucine zipper domains.
