    SNR1

The Drosophila gene Snf5-related 1 (Snr1) encodes a non-specific RNA polymerase II transcription factor. It interacts genetically with brm, trx, and osa. Similar sequences have been identified in Caenorhabditis elegans, Homo sapiens, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and Tetraodon fluviatilis. (from FlyBase 0011715 and NCI) (NCI Thesaurus)
