    SRGAP3/RAF1 Fusion Protein

A fusion protein (931, ~96 kDa) encoded by the SRGAP3/RAF1 fusion gene. This protein is comprised of the first 513 N-terminal amino acids of SLIT-ROBO Rho GTPase-activating protein 3, including the FCH domain, fused to 318 C-terminal amino acids of the RAF proto-oncogene serine/threonine-protein kinase protein, including the protein kinase domain.
