    Superior Sulcus Lung Carcinoma

    A carcinoma originating from the apical lung. Most superior sulcus lung carcinomas are bronchogenic carcinomas. This carcinoma may be associated with Pancoast syndrome. Also known as Pancoast tumor. --2004 (NCI Thesaurus)
