    Testicular Mixed Choriocarcinoma and Seminoma

    A malignant germ cell tumor arising from the testis. It is characterized by a mixture of choriocarcinoma and seminomatous morphologic elements. Patients may present with painless or painful testicular swelling. (NCI Thesaurus)
