    TRDMT1 wt Allele

    Human TRDMT1 wild-type allele is located in the vicinity of 10p15.1 and is approximately 60 kb in length. This allele, which encodes tRNA (cytosine(38)-C(5))-methyltransferase protein, plays a role in methylation of aspartic acid transfer RNA but also has DNA-(cytosine-C5) methyltransferase activity.
