    Turicella otitidis

    Definition 1

    A species of Gram positive, coryneform bacteria assigned to the phylum Actinobacteria. This species is catalase positive, urease and oxidase negative and non fermenting. T. otitidis is found in human ear fluids and may be a cause of ear infections. (NCI Thesaurus)
