    Urgency Perception Scale Questionnaire

    Definition 1

    A standardized rating scale developed and published by Linda Cardozo, Karin Coyne and Eboo Versi in 2004 and copyrighted by Pfizer which is used to assess an individual's sense of urinary urgency. This instrument consists of one item in which the individual rates their experience when they have the desire to urinate. The item has three responses that receive a score of 0, 1, or 2.
