    ASPSCR1/TFE3 Fusion Protein

    A fusion protein encoded by the ASPSCR1/TFE3 fusion gene. This protein is comprised of 311 N-terminal amino acids from the tether containing UBX domain for GLUT4 protein fused to the C-terminal part of the transcription factor E3 protein, including the helix-loop-helix, and leucine zipper domains.
