    Dofequidar

    An orally-available synthetic quinoline derivative with multidrug resistance modulating properties. Dofequidar binds to the drug-binding site of the transmembrane P-glycoprotein efflux pump and is preferentially transported from the cell, thereby blocking the efflux of other therapeutic agents.
