ERBB2 wt Allele
Human ERBB2 wild-type allele is located in the vicinity of 17q21.1 and is approximately 29 kb in length. This allele, which encodes receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2 protein, plays a role in EGF receptor signal transduction pathways and cellular growth.
